There is published research on the individual ingredients, set out study by study on the ingredients page, including what each study failed to show. Every one of those trials used daily dosing over 8 to 12 weeks, which is not how this product is taken.

Delivery takes 10 to 14 business days from dispatch to most destinations, 3 to 5 business days to Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia, or 5 to 8 business days to the United States by DHL Express.

Orders are dispatched within one business day and every order is tracked. Customs clearance can extend these estimates and is outside our control.

We refund or replace orders that arrive damaged or are confirmed lost in transit.

We do not refund for change of mind, for individual results, for parcels the carrier has confirmed delivered, for an incorrect address entered at checkout, for parcels held by customs, or for deliveries refused at the door, including refusal to pay United States import duties to DHL. This is the most common reason a parcel fails to arrive, so it is worth knowing before you order.

As the recipient you are the importer of record. You are responsible for compliance with your country's import rules and for any duties, taxes, storage fees, or penalties. For United States orders, DHL collects import duties and taxes from the receiver on delivery. If customs detain or seize a parcel, we cannot refund, replace, or reship it. We have no visibility of customs decisions and no ability to appeal them.

Contact the carrier directly. They hold the delivery scan and the proof of delivery, which we do not. Once a carrier confirms delivery, responsibility for the parcel has passed to you and we cannot refund or replace it.
