Erectimus Refund Policy

Erectimus offers a refund or replacement on any order that arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit. Damaged order claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Lost order claims must be submitted within 30 days of dispatch.

What This Policy Covers

Erectimus will issue a full refund or send a free replacement for orders that meet one of the following criteria:

  • Damaged on arrival. The product packaging or capsules are physically damaged when you receive them.
  • Lost in transit. Your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe and is confirmed lost by the carrier or our fulfilment team.

Claims for damaged orders must be reported within 30 days of the date of receipt. Claims for lost orders must be reported within 30 days of dispatch. Claims submitted outside these windows cannot be processed.

What This Policy Does Not Cover

Refunds are not issued in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the product.
  • Failure to achieve desired results, as individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
  • Orders delayed but not confirmed lost. Delivery to most destinations takes 10 to 14 business days. Customers in Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia receive delivery in 3 to 5 business days. Occasional delays occur due to customs processing. Please allow the full delivery window before submitting a claim.
  • Incorrect delivery address provided at checkout. Please verify your address carefully before placing your order.
  • Orders seized by customs. International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs inspection. Customers are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a refund or replacement claim, email orders@erectimus.com with the subject line Refund Claim and include the following:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue (damaged or lost)
  • For damaged orders: a clear photograph of the damage

Our team aims to respond to all claims within one business day. Once a claim is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed promptly. Refunds are applied to the original payment method.

Do Not Return Your Order

Erectimus does not require damaged goods to be returned. Do not send your order back to us unless our team has explicitly requested it. Unrequested returns cannot be processed and will not trigger a refund.

Delivery Timeframes

All Erectimus orders ship in plain, discreet packaging. Delivery to most destinations takes 10 to 14 business days from dispatch. Customers in Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia receive delivery in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow the full delivery window to pass before submitting a lost-in-transit claim.
