Chasing an Order

Before writing in, check the delivery window against your dispatch date:

  • Most destinations: 10 to 14 business days from dispatch
  • Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch
  • United States, by DHL Express: 5 to 8 business days from dispatch

If tracking is still updating, the parcel is moving and customs is the usual cause of delay. If the full window has passed with no movement, email us with your order number and we will investigate. Claim deadlines for damaged or lost orders are in the Refund Policy.

Wholesale and Private Label Enquiries

Trade enquiries go to the same address. The minimum order is 1,000 packs, and pricing is quoted against quantity and destination rather than published as a list, because freight and duty vary enough by destination that a single price would be wrong for most buyers.

Four things are enough to return a quote without a further round of questions:

  • Quantity, in packs
  • Destination country
  • Whether you want branded supply or your own label
  • Your business name and role
