Erectimus Terms of Service

These terms of service govern your use of erectimus.com and any purchase made through it. By using this site or placing an order you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Erectimus is operated by Horton Consulting, registered in Australia, ABN 83 951 623 827.

1. Who Can Use This Site

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this site. The product is intended for adult men only. By placing an order you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

2. The Product and Its Intended Use

Erectimus is a plant-based herbal supplement. It is not a pharmaceutical product, not a medical device, and not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including erectile dysfunction.

Individual responses vary and no specific outcome is promised. Read the Medical Disclaimer in full before use, particularly if you take prescription medication or have an existing health condition.

3. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where a price has been listed in error, or where stock is unavailable. You receive an order confirmation by email once an order is accepted.

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify and PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full card details at any point. All transactions are encrypted and handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within one business day and ship in plain, unlabelled outer packaging with no reference to the product on the outside.

• Most destinations: 10 to 14 business days from dispatch
• Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch
• United States, by DHL Express: 5 to 8 business days from dispatch

Shipping is priced on order value and calculated at checkout. Orders totalling USD 41.00 or more ship free to every destination except the United States. United States orders are sent by DHL Express for a flat USD 19.50, on orders of USD 140 or more, and the Single Pack and free sample pack are not sent to United States addresses. As the recipient you are the importer of record. You are responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to importing herbal supplements into your country, and for any duties, taxes, storage fees, or penalties levied on arrival. For United States orders, import duties and taxes are not included in the price and are collected from the receiver by DHL on delivery. Costs and responsibilities arising from customs delay, detention, or seizure rest with you.

6. Refunds and Replacements

A refund or free replacement is issued for orders that arrive damaged or are confirmed lost in transit.

• Damaged orders: claim within 30 days of receipt, with a photograph of the damage
• Lost orders: claim within 30 days of dispatch

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, for failure to achieve a desired result, for parcels confirmed delivered by the carrier, for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, for parcels held or seized by customs, or for deliveries refused at the door, including refusal to pay United States import duties and taxes to DHL. 7. Free Sample Pack

The free sample pack provides four capsules at no charge. You pay a flat shipping fee of USD 4.50, which covers postage and confirms the order comes from a genuine address. One pack per customer per address, first-time orders only. The free sample pack is not sent to United States addresses. We may withdraw or modify this offer at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any of it without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or the product, including loss of income, loss of data, or personal injury.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase does not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The product is supplied on an as-is basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that it is fit for any particular purpose or that any result will be achieved. Individual responses vary.

11. Third-Party Links

This site links to third-party websites, including published research and health information sources. Those links are provided for reference. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any external site and do not endorse them.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

13. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you hold under the consumer law of your country of residence. Customers in Australia have rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies where goods are not of acceptable quality, and those rights apply in addition to everything set out above. Customers in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and elsewhere retain their equivalent local protections.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published at this URL with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
