Erectimus Shipping Policy
Erectimus ships to over 45 countries worldwide. Every order is dispatched within one business day and delivered in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to Erectimus or the nature of the product on the outside.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery to most destinations takes 10 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders to Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, and carrier delays outside our control.
Dispatch
- All orders are dispatched within one business day of receipt
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day
- Tracking information is provided upon dispatch
Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged on all orders except where noted below. The cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. There is no free shipping threshold.
Free shipping is available on all orders to Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia with no minimum order value.
The free sample pack attracts a flat shipping fee of USD 4.50 regardless of destination.
Discreet Packaging
Every Erectimus order ships in plain, unlabelled outer packaging. There is no reference to Erectimus or the nature of the product on the outside of the parcel. Your bank statement will show a discreet billing descriptor with no reference to the product.

Erectimus ships to over 45 countries worldwide including the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, and many more. The full list of available countries is shown at checkout. If your country is not listed at checkout, shipping is not currently available to your location.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Erectimus has no control over customs processes and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, contact our team at orders@erectimus.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Read our full Refund Policy for complete details.
Delivery Responsibility and Liability
Upon dispatch, all orders are handed to our shipping partners. Tracking information is provided to every customer upon dispatch so delivery progress can be monitored.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact the carrier directly to investigate. Erectimus is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but not received.
If your order has not been marked as delivered and has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at orders@erectimus.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate.
Customs Seizures
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs inspection upon arrival in your country. As the importer of record, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations.
If local customs authorities seize or detain your package, all associated costs and responsibilities rest with the customer. Erectimus has no control over customs decisions and cannot be held liable for seizures or detentions by customs authorities.
