Shipping policy
This page sets out the full Erectimus shipping policy: where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and who carries responsibility at each stage. Orders ship from Australia, or from our Florida warehouse for United States addresses, in plain packaging with no reference to the product on the outside.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time is measured from dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.
- Most destinations: 10 to 14 business days
- Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia: 3 to 5 business days
- United States, shipped from Florida: 3 to 5 business days
These are estimates. Customs clearance, public holidays, and carrier handling can extend them, and none of those are within our control.
Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within one business day of receipt
- Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched the next business day
- Tracking is issued to every customer at the point of dispatch
Shipping Costs
Shipping is priced on the value of the order, not on the number of items. The applicable rate is calculated automatically and shown before you pay.
- Free sample pack: flat USD 4.50 to every destination except the United States, where it is not sent
- Orders under USD 41.00: USD 9.50, except the United States
- Orders of USD 41.00 or more: free to every destination except the United States
- Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia: free on every order, with no minimum value
- United States: flat USD 4.50 on every order
Free Shipping Outside the United States
Any order totalling USD 41.00 or more ships free to every destination except the United States. There is no code to enter and no minimum quantity. Both multi-pack offers on the order page qualify, and so do two Single Packs.
Customers in Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia receive free shipping on every order with no minimum value.
United States Orders
United States orders ship from our fulfilment partner in Venice, Florida, for a flat USD 4.50 on every order, and arrive in 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. The Single Pack and both multi-pack offers are available to United States customers. The free sample pack is not sent to United States addresses.
Because the parcel travels within the United States, there is no customs clearance and no import duty to pay on delivery.
Free Sample Pack
The free sample pack carries a flat shipping fee of USD 4.50 to every destination except the United States, where it is not sent. The capsules themselves are free. The fee covers postage and confirms the request comes from a genuine address. One pack per customer per address, first-time orders only.
Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unlabelled outer packaging. There is no product name, brand name, or description of contents anywhere on the outside of the parcel. Your bank statement shows a discreet billing descriptor with no reference to the product.
Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. The destinations available to you are shown at checkout once you enter your address. If your country does not appear, we are not currently able to deliver to your location.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or inspection on arrival. Any such charges are payable by you and are not included in the price shown at checkout. United States orders ship domestically from Florida and are not subject to import duties.
As the recipient of an international shipment you are the importer of record. You are responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to importing herbal supplements into your country. Check these before ordering if you are uncertain.
Customs processing can delay a parcel well beyond the estimated delivery window. Erectimus has no visibility of or influence over customs decisions.
Customs Detention and Seizure
If customs authorities detain or seize a parcel, the associated costs and responsibilities rest with you as the importer of record. This includes any storage fees, duties, or penalties levied by the authority. We cannot refund, replace, or reship an order that has been seized by customs.

Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is handed to the carrier, tracking is provided so you can monitor its progress.
When the carrier marks an order as delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel, contact the carrier directly, as they hold the delivery scan data and proof of delivery. Erectimus is not liable for parcels confirmed delivered by the carrier but not received.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Claims are handled under the Refund Policy. The deadlines are:
- Damaged on arrival: report within 30 days of receipt, with a photograph of the damage
- Lost in transit: report within 30 days of dispatch
Allow the full delivery window to pass before submitting a lost-in-transit claim. Email orders@erectimus.com with your order number. We respond within one business day.
